Exclusions

Issues caused by user error

Software related issues (outside of the original software that was installed during configuration at Zoaned)

Modifications made to the system by the customer, including but not limited to:

Replacing Components
Overclocking
Undervolting
BIOS Updating
Software Installation

Peripherals or external accessories

Data loss or recovery

Any breach of the above conditions results in the immediate voiding of the ZOANED system warranty. Professional support remains available on a per-incident labor basis.
